This workshop is for BEGINNERS who want to experience playing Gongs and for EXISTING PLAYERS who want to explore a deeper connection with their Gongs.

Sound Bath to start the day, from myself.

History of Gongs & how Sound Healing works.

Learning Specific Techniques of playing the Gongs.

Connecting and listening deeply to the Gongs and how they resonate with different size mallets.

Understanding the connection between ourselves and the Gong.


Creating layered harmonic soundscapes.

What to bring:
One Gong
 (if you don’t have a gong please let me know and you can use one of mine)
One stand for your Gong
Mallets

For the sound bath:
Mat to lay on
Blankets to lay on and to cover you
Pillow for your head
Eye cover( if you like darkness)

Please arrive at 10am prompt for a drink and to settle in
We will set up your Gong area and your workshop will begin at 10.30am.

PLEASE BRING A PACKED LUNCH FOR YOURSELF.
Hot & cold drinks will be provided throughout the day.

There is plenty of free parking

Due to the Hall being in a country location, there are NO LOCAL SHOPS & NO LOCAL TRANSPORT LINKS, however a taxi is available from local towns.
