Please bring mats and blankets to lay on for your padded comfort (yoga mats are available in the studio)
Blankets to cover yourself.
A pillow for your head.
An eye mask (if you like darkness)
A water bottle.
A journal & pen (if you like to write about your experience)
Wear comfortable warm clothes.
If you require a seated option please bring a small camping chair.
All abilities welcomed.
